INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- Maitake 100g (thinly sliced)
- Shimeji 100g (base removed and separated)
- Shiitake 100g (thinly sliced)
Basic Seasonings
- 🍚 Rice 1 cup (washed and drained)
- 🧈 Butter 20g
- 🥛 Milk 2 cups
- 🧂 Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Heat butter in a pan and add maitake, shimeji, and shiitake mushrooms. Sauté lightly.
Add rice to the pan, gently mix with the mushrooms, and cook until transparent.
Gradually add milk and simmer until the rice becomes tender (about 15 minutes).
Finally, add salt and black pepper, adjust the taste, and serve.
