- 🐟 Salmon fillets x 2
Vegetables
- 🌱 Spinach 200g
- 🧅 Medium onion x 1 (thinly sliced)
- 🍄 Mushrooms (your choice of type) 100g
Dairy
- 🍼 Fresh cream 100ml
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion, wash the spinach, and drain thoroughly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon from the pan.
Using the same pan, sauté the onion and mushrooms. Once the onion turns translucent, add the spinach.
Add fresh cream, return the salmon to the pan, and simmer over low heat. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
