INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 1 piece cod roe (30g)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Chopped parsley, as needed

Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Place the potatoes in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes, then drain the water.
Return the potatoes to the pot, add vinegar, and mash them while cooking on low heat to evaporate excess moisture.
Cut the cod roe open and extract the flesh. In a bowl, mix the cod roe with the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, cream cheese, and milk). Add the mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
