INGREDIENTS
Dairy products
- 🥛 Fresh cream 200mL
- 🥛 Milk 100mL
Eggs & others
- 🥚 Egg yolks 4 pcs
- Sugar 60g
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Put fresh cream and milk into a pot and heat on low (be careful not to bring it to a boil).
Add egg yolks and sugar into a bowl and mix well.
Gradually add the warmed fresh cream and milk into the egg yolk bowl while mixing.
Strain the mixture and pour it into heat-resistant containers.
Place the container on a baking tray filled with hot water and bake at 150°C for about 40–50 minutes.
After baking, cool in the refrigerator.
Just before eating, sprinkle sugar on the surface and caramelize using a kitchen torch.
