INGREDIENTS
Pork
- 🍖 250g thinly sliced pork loin
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Condiments
- 🥫 Mayonnaise as needed
- Shichimi togarashi as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the pork into halves. Place in a plastic bag, add the seasoning ingredients, and massage. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Place potato starch in a tray. Coat each piece of pork with starch individually.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C (about 2cm depth). Fry the pork until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and optionally garnish with mayonnaise and shichimi togarashi.
