INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 🥔 2 potatoes (180g), julienned
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- đź§€ 2 tbsp powdered cheese
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Coating
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Slice the chicken breast diagonally and place in a bowl. Add sake, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, flour, and water. Add the chicken and coat thoroughly.
Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water. Drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Combine julienned potatoes, powdered cheese, and potato starch in a container. Coat the chicken pieces with this mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180°C (1cm depth). Fry the coated chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
