INGREDIENTS

- 100g dried radish strips
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare 100g of dried radish strips.
Soak the dried radish strips in cold water for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, rinse the radish strips 2-3 times in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1.5 tbsp minced garlic to create the seasoning sauce.
Add the chopped green onion (1/2 stalk) to the soaked radish strips.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the radish strips and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds and mix again.
