INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup drained tofu
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 cup corn
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 🧅 1/2 cup sliced scallions
Seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.

Mix tofu, corn, scallions, carrots, basil, and salt in a bowl.

Add cooled rice to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
