INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp steaming liquid
STEPS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then thinly slice diagonally.
Place the chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate, pierce it with a fork, and drizzle sake over it. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it cool under the wrap to finish cooking. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and reserve 1 tbsp of the steaming liquid.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (☆). Add the shredded chicken, cucumber, and white sesame seeds, then toss to combine.
