INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Seafood
- 🐟 10g chirimenjako (dried baby sardines)
Vegetables
- 🥗 100g daikon radish, diced into 1cm cubes
Seaweed
- 🟩 1 sheet of roasted seaweed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Dice the daikon radish into 1cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the pan and heat. Stir-fry the diced daikon radish over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
Add the cooked rice, eggs, and chirimenjako to the pan. Stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated with oil.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry. Tear the roasted seaweed into small pieces and mix into the fried rice.
