INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2cm (80g) daikon, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks arugula
Meat
- 8 slices prosciutto
Nuts
- 🌰 10g walnuts, crushed
Dressing
- 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A dash of pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
STEPS
Thinly slice the daikon using a slicer. Cut arugula to match the length of the daikon. Crush walnuts into small pieces.
Soak the daikon in salted water (not listed in ingredients) for about 10 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (marked with ☆).
Place prosciutto, arugula, and walnuts on top of the daikon slices. Fold the daikon and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
