INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g daikon, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
- 3 shiso leaves, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/6 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Peel and slice the daikon into thin rounds or matchsticks.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
Finely chop the shiso leaves and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt, vinegar, and olive oil to create the dressing.
Combine the daikon, wakame, and shiso in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
