- 180g daikon, sliced
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Tuna Mayo Dressing
- 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice thinly into quarter-moon shapes.

In a bowl, mix the tuna mayo dressing ingredients (tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds). Add the daikon and wakame, then toss to combine.
