INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 10cm (400g) daikon radish
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sliced chili to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
☆ Combined Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the daikon radish into 2cm cubes, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, and drain the water. Roughly chop the shiso leaves.
Place the combined seasoning ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 30 seconds.
In a storage bag, combine the daikon, shiso leaves, prepared seasoning, chili, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Massage the mixture and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
