INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 cups grated daikon
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can tuna
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Starch
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
STEPS
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, combine grated daikon, beaten egg, sliced shiso, canned tuna, and potato starch. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pot to approximately 180°C (356°F). Using a spoon, scoop the mixture, lightly squeeze out excess moisture, and carefully drop into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve immediately.
