- 10cm (300g) of daikon, julienned
- 1/2 pack of kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 2 tsp concentrated men tsuyu
Seaweed
- 1/2 sheet of roasted nori
Seasoning
- A pinch of katsuobushi flakes

Julienne the daikon and trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
