Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces flounder (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- Enough potato starch for coating
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Garnish
- 🍋 Squeeze of lemon
- 🌿 Sprinkle of parsley
STEPS
Cut the flounder along the bones to separate the meat, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Season the flounder pieces with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat about 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, then fry the flounder pieces, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
Plate the fried flounder and garnish with lemon and parsley as desired.
