INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 4-5 pinches salt
STEPS
Remove excess water from the tofu.
Mash the tofu with the back of a knife.
Crack 2 eggs into the mashed tofu.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 4-5 pinches of salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat a frying pan with cooking oil.
Scoop the mixture into the pan in desired sizes.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tofu egg pancakes warm.
