INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 300g ground meat
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
- 350g cabbage
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Cheese
- 3 slices of melting cheese
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Demi-Glace Sauce
- 200g canned demi-glace sauce
- đź’§ 300ml water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
STEPS
Mince the onion.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground meat, minced onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Knead until sticky to form the meat mixture.
In another bowl, mix all demi-glace sauce ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Layer cherry tomatoes and half of the demi-glace sauce in a pressure cooker. Add 1/4 of the cabbage, spread 1/3 of the meat mixture, and sprinkle 1/3 tbsp potato starch. Repeat for three layers, finishing with the remaining cabbage.
Add the remaining demi-glace sauce, set the pressure cooker to variable pressure, select menu number 13, and start cooking.
Place slices of melting cheese on top, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes to melt. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
