INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g konjac noodles
- 1 paprika
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the konjac noodles under water.
Boil the konjac noodles with 1-2 drops of vinegar to eliminate the konjac smell.
Cook the rinsed konjac noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
Store leftover konjac noodles in water in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Boil the egg in the same water used for konjac noodles to save time.
Rinse the cooked konjac noodles in cold water and drain well.
Mix the noodles with the prepared seasoning sauce.
Plate the dish beautifully and serve.
