INGREDIENTS
Cheese Mixture
- 🧀 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Slider Patties
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (such as Tony Cachere's®)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Slider Assembly
- 🍞 1 (15 ounce) package slider buns (such as Pepperidge Farm®)
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine shredded Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; refrigerate until needed.
Mix ground beef, salt, ground black pepper, Creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Form the mixture into 12 slider patties and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the patties in the preheated oven, flipping once, for about 15 minutes.
Top each patty with 1 tablespoon of the cheese-mayonnaise mixture and continue baking until the cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
Serve each patty on slider buns with optional lettuce and tomato.
