INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 200g pork belly slices
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Slice the onion and chop the green onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Marinate the pork belly slices in the sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and cook until fully done.
Serve the cooked pork belly over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
