- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

- 1 cup vegetable oil

- 3 cups white sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 🧂 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 🌰 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ÂĽ teaspoon ground ginger
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sugar until well blended.
Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just blended.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
Cool the loaves, slice, and serve. Optionally, store for a day for enhanced flavor.
