INGREDIENTS
Cooking Tools
- Cooking spray
Main
- 🍖 1 pound ground beef
- 🧅 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 🧂 Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (2 pound) package frozen dinner rolls, thawed
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain excess grease.
Add onion to browned beef; sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage to beef mixture, reduce heat to low; cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into colander to strain excess liquid. Cool slightly.
Spray a work surface with cooking spray and flatten thawed rolls into discs. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto dough and fold, sealing edges.
Place folded pockets into muffin cups, spray tops lightly with cooking spray, and poke with toothpick to allow venting.
Bake in preheated oven until dough is browned, approximately 25 to 45 minutes.
