INGREDIENTS
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧀 7 slices cheese
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🥛 50g unsweetened yogurt
Baking
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 70g sugar
- 🌾 2 tbsp cake flour
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Prepare the baking mold by lining it with parchment paper.
Heat milk and torn cheese slices in a microwave-safe bowl at 600W for 40 seconds to 1 minute. Stir until melted and let cool.
Add eggs and sugar to the cooled cheese mixture, mixing after each addition. Then add heavy cream, yogurt, sifted cake flour, and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly to create the cheese batter.
Pour the cheese batter into the prepared mold. Drop the mold from a height of 5cm a few times to remove air bubbles. Place the mold in a tray and add hot water to the tray until it reaches 1cm up the mold. Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
Let the terrine cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving.
