INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 1–2 green chili peppers
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tbsp chili powder
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the eggplants into thirds and then slice them lengthwise. Place them on a plate.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove the eggplants from the microwave and squeeze out excess water.
Add all the seasoning ingredients to the eggplants.
Finely chop the green chili peppers and add them to the mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
