INGREDIENTS

- 🍅 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 💧 ½ cup water
- 🥩 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 🍚 1 cup uncooked instant rice
- 🧅 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
STEPS
Combine condensed tomato soup and water in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, instant rice, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of the soup mixture. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the remaining soup mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked and the rice is tender.
