INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 1 (12 ounce) package dry spaghetti
Eggs
- 🥚 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 🥚 2 egg yolks, room temperature
Seasoning
- 1 ½ teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste
Cheese
- 🧀 ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧀 Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Oil and Fat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 🥓 4 ounces diced bacon
STEPS
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain.
While the pasta is cooking, whisk the eggs, yolks, ranch seasoning mix, black pepper, and cheese together in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until crisping.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Add pasta to the skillet with bacon over low heat, stirring to coat pasta.
Transfer pasta and bacon to a bowl. Add the egg mixture and reserved pasta water for creaminess, tossing well to coat.
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese for garnish.
