INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 bunch broccoli
Seasoning & Condiments
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 🧂 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons seasoning
Seafood
- 🐟 4 6-ounce salmon filets
Cheese

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add broccoli to the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat and spread in an even layer. Create 4 spaces for salmon filets and place each filet in an empty space.
Combine Dijon mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Stir well. Spread mustard mixture over each salmon piece and sprinkle evenly with Greek seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes, until desired doneness.
Remove from oven; squeeze lemon juice over the sheet pan and top with crumbled feta cheese.
