INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 110g canned tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥕 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
Finely chop the green onion, carrot, and onion, then add them to the bowl.
Crack the eggs into the bowl and add the black pepper and salt.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Heat a pan over low heat and add a small amount of oil. Scoop the mixture into small round portions onto the pan.
Cook on low heat until golden brown on both sides, then transfer to a plate.
