INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 200g pre-cut vegetables for stew
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100ml water
STEPS
Cut the onion into wedges and place it in a bag with pre-cut vegetables and potato starch. Shake to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix pork slices with sake and soy sauce. Massage for 5 minutes, then add potato starch and form into bite-sized pieces.
Combine all sauce ingredients (sugar, black vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, chicken stock powder, and water) in a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for 3 minutes until browned. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until the ingredients are coated and the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
