INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 (8 ounce) package bean sprouts
- 🍅 1 (8 ounce) container grape tomatoes, halved
- 🧅 ½ cup minced green onion
Protein
- 1 (12 ounce) package extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 🐟 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
Seasonings & Condiments
- ⅓ cup shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 🌰 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Cut watercress into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Combine watercress, tofu, bean sprouts, tomatoes, tuna, and green onion in a large bowl.

Whisk shoyu, oil, sugar, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl. Drizzle over salad (a little goes a long way) and toss well before serving.
