INGREDIENTS
Wrapper
- 4 wonton wrappers
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetable
- 30g shelled frozen edamame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 400ml water
STEPS
Cut the wonton wrappers into quarters.
Heat the seasoning mixture (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add the wonton wrappers and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until cooked.
Add the shelled edamame and bring to a boil over medium heat. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil.
