INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌱 70g frozen shelled edamame
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm slices, then cut those slices into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add the bacon and octopus, and simmer over medium heat. When bubbling, add the edamame and stir briefly.
