INGREDIENTS

- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 💧 1 cup cold water

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl; mix well using a fork.
