INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 bowls of cold rice
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
STEPS
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir-fry until half-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan, add the cold rice and stir-fry it. Press the rice to separate the grains with a spatula.
Add the half-cooked eggs and light soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly until the rice absorbs the seasoning.
Dish up the fried rice and serve.
