- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise

- ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
- 🧂 ⅛ teaspoon salt

Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water; cool under cold running water, and peel.

Chop eggs into a bowl both ways using an egg slicer. Add celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard powder, and salt; stir to combine.
