INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Protein
- 1 can (75g) tuna in oil
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grain mustard
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the pea shoots into 2cm pieces after removing the roots.
Boil water in a pot, add the pea shoots, blanch briefly, then transfer to cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Using the same pot, boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool them in cold water, and peel off the shells.
In a bowl, roughly mash the boiled eggs, add the pea shoots, tuna, and the condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper), then mix well.
