INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Liquid
- 💧 400 ml water
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half. Shred the crab sticks into smaller pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it until smooth.
Add all ☆ ingredients into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the pea shoots and crab sticks, and simmer for 2 minutes. Slowly pour in the egg and let it set gently. Serve in bowls.
