INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- đź§… 1/4 onion
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- cornstarch as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Korean Sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and then into six equal pieces. Slice the onion into 1cm wide strips.
Marinate the beef with sake and soy sauce, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix all ingredients for the Korean sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the eggplants and stir-fry until soft, then remove from the pan.
Add the beef and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the Korean sauce, eggplants, and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
