INGREDIENTS

- 🍆 3 eggplants
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 cup tempura flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Cut the eggplants diagonally into large chunks.
Prepare 1 cup of tempura flour in a bowl.
Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl.
Place 1 cup of breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Coat the eggplant pieces in tempura flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggplants until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing ketchup, corn syrup, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic.
If the fried eggplants become soggy, toss them in the prepared seasoning and cook briefly.
