    • A pinch of sugar
    • 1 tbsp miso paste
    • 1 tsp doubanjiang
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
    • A small amount of sesame oil

Mince the garlic, slice the green onion, and cube the eggplant and onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and green onion, and stir-fry on high heat. Add the onion and continue stir-frying.
