INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 200g enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- To taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half lengthwise. Separate them gently.
Place the bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let cool and drain thoroughly.
Mix the vegetables with the seasonings (soy sauce, dashi powder, sesame oil) and adjust the taste with a pinch of salt. Tear the roasted seaweed into small pieces and add it along with the white sesame seeds. Toss lightly.
