INGREDIENTS
Mushroom
- 🍄 1 bag enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 2 cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix the enoki mushrooms with the seasoning ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes.

Add white sesame seeds and mix well.
