INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g eringi mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna, drained
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
Dairy
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the eringi mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion thinly, mince the garlic, and drain the canned tuna.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the eringi mushrooms and onion, and sauté until softened.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tuna to the pan, mix well, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Then add milk and salt, mix, and simmer for 1 more minute.
Add the cooked spaghetti and butter to the pan, mix well, and serve on a plate. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
