INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba
- 30g cilantro
- 🍅 100g tomato
- 🥒 50g cucumber
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic

Trim the roots of mitsuba and cilantro, then cut them into 4cm pieces. Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes. Slice the cucumber into thin strips.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add mitsuba, cilantro, tomato, and cucumber, then toss well.
