INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients

- Spam, as needed
Fried Rice Ingredients
- Zucchini, as needed
- 🥕 Carrot, as needed

Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, as needed
STEPS
Cut Spam into 5mm thick slices and use a round mold to create circular shapes.
Cut the circular Spam pieces into half-moon shapes using the mold.
Arrange the half-moon Spam pieces into a flower shape in a cold pan. Add a bit of oil in the center for the egg.
Crack an egg into the center of the Spam flower and cook on low heat until set.
Dice leftover Spam, carrot, onion, and zucchini. Add them to a pan.
Add oyster sauce, pepper, and cooking oil to the pan. Stir-fry the mixture.
Add one serving of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Transfer the fried rice to a bento box.
Place the flower egg fry on top of the fried rice.
Use seaweed to create eyes and a mouth on the egg yolk for decoration.
Add green vegetables like scallions, cucumber, or perilla leaves around the edges for garnish.
