INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Lemon Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat about 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
In a frying pan, mix the lemon sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the fried chicken and toss to coat evenly.
