INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 160g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 sprigs parsley, minced
Oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Marinade
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing technique.
Slice the onion thinly and separate the layers. Chop the cucumber into irregular pieces and mince the parsley.
Mix the marinade ingredients (salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil) in a bowl. Add cucumber and parsley, and stir well.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the onion until golden brown and remove. Fry the octopus until crispy on the surface.
Combine the fried onion and octopus with the marinade mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
