INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 cup chopped onion
- đź§… 2 tbsp chopped scallion
Protein
- 🍖 1/4 cup diced ham
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp herb salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Chop onion, scallion, and ham into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the chopped ingredients.
Add 1/2 cup of cooked rice to the pan and break it apart with a spoon.
Mix ketchup and chili sauce in a 1:1 ratio and add to the rice. Stir well.
Cook until the sauce is fully absorbed into the rice. Set aside the fried rice.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add herb salt, and whisk until smooth.
Heat another pan with a small amount of oil and pour the egg mixture evenly to create a thin layer.
When the egg starts to set, place the fried rice on the egg, about 2/3 from the edge.
Roll the egg over the rice like a sushi roll, adding more egg mixture as needed.
Let the roll cool slightly, then slice into thick pieces and plate.
